How They Like to Play

  • They are always looking to come to the net as soon as possible

  • They will serve-and-volley player almost always attacking the net coming in behind their first serve​

  • They will many times come in  after a second serve

  • They may return and attack the net off of a first serve

  • They will almost always return and attack the net off of a second serve

  • They are always looking to come to the net as soon as possible

Strategically How to Beat Them

  • Make they stay at the baseline and rally by hitting Neutral Shots

  • Lob them after they hit their first Volley to make them retreat to the baseline

  • Hit slice returns down the line it will force them to cover the entire court after their first volley

  • Hit short, heavy Topspin returns to their feet forcing them to hit up then you can come in for an easy volley

  • Hit your return on the rise taking away their time to get closer to the net for their first volley

  • They are always looking to come to the net as soon as possible

  • Take care of your serve games by aiming deep to the middle of the box

Mindset Required to Beat Them

  • Be prepared to play shorter points 

  • Be disciplined with your targets

  • If they get to the net, make them play 

  • Run down every shot to make them play longer points
